Post #88: Get Back Into the Flow
Get Back Into the Flow
Last week we went over the 3 components of yoga. One you might remember is “discipline”. This might initially have a negative connotation. But it’s necessary since our ego’s are so engrained and veer us off track again and again.
The instant you feel stressed or overwhelmed that’s a sign that your ego is in charge. Stop, take a deep breath, and recognize that you have a choice to get back into the flow of life.
Abraham-Hicks says, “There is only a stream of well-being that flows. You can allow it or resit it, but it flows just the same.”
We have a choice in how we live. Let’s have the discipline to stop the stress, drama, and overwhelm in its tracks and choose a different way. Allow this simple breath-work practice to be a tool to help you shift gears. Surrender and get back into the flow whenever you find yourself surrounded by stress, drama, or overwhelm again and again and again and again and again…

Remember, you are a force for good in the world. The more consistent you get with these practices the more your life will become guided, sacred, and filled with meaning. You cannot help but then extend deep peace, joy, and contentment to your loved ones, friends, and everyone you meet. The world could use more of this, so let’s get you in the best space to make it happen.
