Post #108: Used to be a people person?

My co-worker used to wear this t-shirt that said “I used to be a people person, then people ruined it.”

If this hits home for you then do me a favor.

Bring to mind that one person in your life that pushes your buttons.

You know the one.

They drive you crazy.

You dread running into them.

Your stomach is clenching just thinking about this person.

You’re holding your breath.

Just thinking about them ignites a visceral reaction.

Now…

what if I could give you a higher perspective that could get you to a place in which you WANT to see that person?

Seriously, what if you could say goodbye to visceral reactions and say hello to genuine connections?

I know, I know.

You’re thinking…
No thanks.

I don’t need a genuine connection with THAT particular person.

I like being over here and them waaaaaay over there.

Hand up, palm facing out.

I get it.

They suck.

But…
