She does a great job of explaining the ego and the impact it can make on your feelings and experiences. She is so real and gives you personal insight and examples so you never feel like you are alone. She helps us all remember that we are a product of our environment…a personal experience unique to each of us. As we all have had different challenges and influences, she encourages openness, truth and compassion. She gives you the tools through her book, courses, emails and videos to help you bring forward the best version of yourself. I especially like the yoga and meditations.
