GDThe world is changing for the better.

Be a part of that positive change.

Seeing through the ego thought system is THE way to create lasting and positive change.  CSN is dedicated to showing you how…join our Guest List above!

My vision is for CSN to be a lean-to for children coming of age, young adults trying to find their way in life, parents in mid-life crises, and the elderly seeking solace from the fear of death.
My vision is for:

  • children to retain their inherent understanding of their connection with the world around them
  • young adults to know that they can play while working and work while playing
  • parents in mid-life crises to build the relationship back with their higher self that got placed on the back burner somewhere along the way
  • and the elderly to be able to let go of all fear and sorrow they might have around this life coming to a close so that they can fully enjoy the rest of this experience and look forward to the next.

You CAN enjoy every moment of this life.
You CAN change the world by doing so.
It starts right here, right now.

Ginger’s Bio

I have been interested in the human dilemma since my first bout of depression as a young kid.  I have read countless self-help books since high school and been through two different approaches to therapy, one in high school and one in my twenties, to help with my depression and feelings of inadequacy and isolation.  I finally found that my Yoga practice combined with my deeper studies into Psychology, Human Development, Yogic Philosophy, and finally A Course In Miracles (ACIM) have given me important tools to find what I had been searching for all along, happiness and fulfillment that lasts.  I found that as we learn to look past the ego in ourselves and each other to the spirit within, we can and will awaken to a life of absolute spiritual fulfillment.  Choose Spirit Now is dedicated to teaching us how.
Not that it really matters, but!…
I have been a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and a member of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA) since 2006.  I have worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 15 years and currently own my own massage therapy practice and yoga studio.  I have been practicing yoga and studying yogic philosophy since 2001.  I have been studying ACIM principles since 2007, and the actual A Course In Miracles book since 2011 with my Dad and my husband, Mark.   I received my BS degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama in 1998, Massage Therapy Certification from Mobile Institute of Soft Tissue Therapy in 1999, and Yoga Certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2006.
